My Domain Has Expired, Why Can't I Access My Hosting Account?  Print this Article

Your hosting account will not be accessible if you have failed to renew your domain registration even though your billing for web hosting is up to date.
Expired domains are immediately deactivated by the domain registrar on the domain expiration date itself.

Without an active domain, your website, email, cPanel and FTP will not be accessible until the domain has been renewed.
