This is a problem with your Internet Service Provider, when they block port 25 of their mail server - this means that you are only allowed to send emails using their outgoing (SMTP) server and not your own 'mail.yourdomain.com' SMTP address.

We have opened port 26 as an alternative:
In your mail client settings, change the outgoing mail (SMTP) port number from the default "25" to "26".
